Drs. Stan Kutcher, Sonia Chehil and Joe Sadek of Dalhousie’s Department of Psychiatry are among those who recognize the importance of education, specifically for health professionals, in preventing suicide. They have created a suicide risk management manual, a suicide policy and form for Capital Health and an online training program for health professionals.
